Virginie Jamin

Virginie Jamin has been working with Hermes after meeting the head of Hermes' graphic design at one of Jamin's book signings. Her designs are often inspired by the Emile Hermes Collection, a museum of sorts at the 24 Faubourg Paris headquarters that contains ephemera collected by the Hermes family over the years. I was lucky enough to visit the museum; of course one of my favorite displays was the rows of vintage dog collars (the biggest one from a Saint Bernard that must have been as big as a small horse) which is why I have so many variations of Colliers de Chiens.
