Sophia Andreotti and Edouard Baribeaud
Once again, an artist's age is making me feel old! Sophia Andreotti was born as I entered my senior year in college. But for those thinking their college major sets their fate, cast aside those silly ideas. Andreotti studied journalism, moved from France to Germany (which is like moving from Dallas to El Paso - yes, you can drive 9 hours and still be in Texas), studied art, and started working with Edouard Baribeaud.
Baribeaud, like Andreotti, makes me feel old (I was only starting college when he was born), was born in France and moved to Germany.
While Baribeaud had a couple of great scarf designs under his belt, his partnership with Andreotti has produced just one design. It's been a couple of years since Le Premier Chant so we are due for new work from the duo!
