Ugo Bienvenu
A young comic book author and illustrator (le sigh, I think these days I consider most of Hermes scarf designers 'young'), Ugo Bienvenu made his Hermes debut with Wow!, a double-faced scarf that follows the adventures of Marie, The Hermes Woman. TBH I'm not a fan of the design, but I dig the space horses! (Hermes is more enchanted than me about Marie: Bienvenu also directed a series of animated shorts for Hermes featuring Marie's journey.)
Wow! was later paired with La Premier Chant in the muffler format, and adapted to the Arceau timepiece. Marie's space horse's herdmates reappear in several scarves (Space Derby, Rendez-Vous Galant, and the reinvention of Robert Dallet's classic Mustangs in 2023.
