Laurence Bourthoumieux (Toutsy)
French artist Laurence Bourthoumieux (nee Thioune) has designed more than two dozen scarves for Hermes since the late-1980s, often signing with her childhood nickname 'Toutsy'. Her work often features detailed fronds, and feathers and birds. And again, several of her designs have passed in and out of Ye Olde Scarf Drawer over the years - her work is beautiful but somehow always gets sacrificed to make room for more humorous scarves.
