Christian Renonciat
Christian Renonciat isn't necessarily a prolific scarf designer, but is certainly an interesting one. Born in 1947 (always surprised to find an artist in YOSD who's older than me), he studied philosophy before taking a sharp turn into woodworking. His woodworking wasn't just whittling knives, it was literally monumental in scope. He then began sculpting with other materials. The smattering of scarves he's created have an architectural feel to them. Not sure why his work with Hermes isn't part of his list of works on his own website.
