HERMES 90CM SILK SCARF - REGARDE PARIS BY BALI BARRET

From 2006, the Year of Paris, comes a re-imagining of the 1950s Pierre Peron scarf depicting the Seine and the streets of Paris as if from a telescope. This treatment comes from the Soie Belle collection designed by Bali Barret, who became the artistic director for Hermes’ women’s line just a few years later.
Size: appx 35” x 35” (carre, or foulard)
Material: 100% silk twill
Black border with a golden yellow contrasting hem. Black and white illustration of Paris, overlaid with the same golden yellow as the contrasting hem.
Lovely condition. There is one small mark in the yellow near the Hermes copyright (pictured). Comes with original Hermes orange box and acid-free tissue.
